This cartoon is freely distributable. I ask that this readme file
be distributed with this cartoon.
This is another one of my earlier exercises in animation on the Amiga.
The crocodile is a copy from Preston Blair's book "Animation" published by
Walter T. Foster. The copyright of this character are likely completely
owned by one of Mr. Blair, Walter T. Foster or possibly Disney or MGM
(two studios Mr. Blair has done much of his work with). The hippo
dancer is my own design and copyrighted by myself.
Mr. Blair was responsible for the design of characters in Ponchielli's
`Dance of the Hours' sequence in "Fantasia" and I think it likely
this is an early design for the male crocodile ballerina. In that
light, I added a female hippo dancer to add in a little humour. The
sequence was done as an act to one of my longer cartoons, "Showbiz".
The player PlayPFX is freely distributable with all rights reserved by
MindWare International. When starting the animation, once the first
screen comes up, a click with the left mouse button will start the
animation. To stop the animation, hold the left mouse button down
for a suffuciently long time (a few seconds).
Enjoy
